What is the Scheduled Maintenance for My Audi?

The owner’s manual for your Audi provides a comprehensive guide to scheduled maintenance for your vehicle. Generally, Audi provides two types of services: Minor Maintenance Service and Standard Maintenance Service.

The Minor Maintenance Service is scheduled first at 15,000 km or 1 year after delivery, whichever comes first. Thereafter, it occurs every 30,000 km or two years, whichever comes first. It includes checks on the brake system, engine oil and oil filter replacement, and service reminder indicator display reset.

The Standard Maintenance Service includes all the services mentioned above, along with a detailed check of the body/chassis, brake system, charging cable and socket (for e-tron models), convertible top (for applicable models), engine cooling system, and exterior lighting function. This service is scheduled first at 30,000 km or two years after delivery, whichever occurs first, and subsequently every 30,000 km or two years, whichever comes first.

 

What is the Break-In Period for My Audi?

For most Audi vehicles, the break-in period is the first 1,500 kilometres. During this time, you should avoid revving the engine over 4,000 RPM and keep your speed below 140 km/h. Gentle acceleration and braking are recommended to ensure the various components 'wear-in' correctly.

For Audi electric vehicles, the break-in period extends to the first 3,000 kilometres. The same guidelines regarding braking and tire care should be followed to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
