For over 60 years, the Leavens family has established its business values on providing exceptional customer service and caring for our employees. During this time we understand and agree with concerns over the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our service and parts departments are open in limited capacity. We will be open to customers who have booked a service appointment in advance and answer a COVID-19 screening questionnaire. If you do not have an appointment, please do not enter our dealership at this time. Service appointments can be made online, by email serviceteam@audiwindsor.com or by calling 519-956-7700

Parts can be purchased by calling 519-956-7700 or emailing partsteam@audiwindsor.com. We will arrange parking lot or “curbside” pick up with you. Parts purchases or pickups in store cannot be made at this time.

Our customer and staff safety is important to us, as such we have implemented several measures including:

  • limited contact service
  • physical distancing
  • limited customers in the store at given time
  • shortened business hours
  • COVID-19 health questionnaire completed by customers and staff
  • regular cleaning of common areas
  • sanitizing of vehicles going into and out of the shop
  • we kindly ask that your vehicle touch points must be clean prior to your arrival, as we cannot sanitize soiled surfaces
